SMART Financial Services
The tuition is
paid in ten (10) monthly payments beginning on July 10, 2012 with the final
payment due on April 10, 2013. Our Lady
of the Holy Rosary- St. Richard Catholic School has contracted SMART Tuition
Management Services to manage the tuition collection. A one time $45 registration fee will be added
to the first tuition payment. Tuition payments are due by the 10th
of each month to the SMART Tuition Service.
Payments received after the 20th of each month will incur a
$55 late fee. Failed tuition
payments made by auto-debit or by check, are assessed a $25.00 fee. All tuition payments are non-refundable. A
$200.00 tuition discount, per family, will be given for annual tuitions paid in
full by May 1, 2012. A $100.00 tuition discount, per family,
will be given for two tuition payments, one in August 2012 and one in January
2013.
Volunteer
Hours
All families are
asked to support Our Lady of the Holy Rosary-St. Richard Parish by completing
15 hours of service. Families unable to
complete their volunteer hours will be billed $30.00 for each hour.
Unpaid
Tuition and Fees
Financial
obligations that are not fulfilled will result in the student(s) not being able
to continue enrollment at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary-St. Richard Catholic
School until the account is up-to-date.
Parents assume responsibility for full payment of
tuition and other fees to SMART Tuition Services and for all financial
obligations to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary-St. Richard Catholic School. Parents understand that, in addition to a collection
action for payments due, their child(ren) may not be allowed to continue
enrollment during the school year and may be removed from the classroom during
the school year if the tuition account becomes delinquent. Parents understand that the applicable tuition rates and
the terms and conditions for receipt of the steward rate, including the
tuition rate, may increase at any time during the school year if the
requirements are not met. Parents understand,
should it become necessary to commence a collection action against them for
unpaid tuition, that they will be responsible for all costs incurred by the school for
collection, in addition to the amount of tuition owed.
Returning Students
If the 2011-2012 tuition is not
paid in full by April 30, 2012, the student will not be eligible to enroll for
the 2012-2013 school year. If the student has already re-registered, their name
will be removed from the enrollment list until the tuition is paid in
full. This may jeopardize the
availability of their enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year.
